HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS:
All attendees must make their own room reservations. Our room rate is $259/night for single or double occupancy.
Mention "ASC" when making your reservation or click here ASCCA Team Weekend to get the discounted rates for Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November 14. Call 916-326-5000 to make your reservation.
The cut-off date for making reservations with the hotel is October 27, 2026. Any reservations made after this date are subject to full published hotel rates. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available after our cut-off date. Please book your room ASAP to avoid not getting a room.

PARKING:
Valet Parking is available at the hotel for $47 per day. You may self-park in the garage adjacent to the hotel. Prices may vary as it is a City-Owned garage.
SHUTTLE SERVICE:
No shuttle Service is available through the hotel.
